Wanted to try to render a picture using just black and white, and thought my 'Luceafarul' (Evening Star) would be a good candidate for this. So this is the result. Check the coloured version to know about the story behind the picture :)

I won't say anything about the leg! Whoops said something didn't I! Sorry!

The rest of the picture is wonderful, I like Mono pictures, but I will have a look at the coloured version as well. 2

I have to admit I like this a bit better than the colored version. I really like clean, crisp art - especially line art/inked pieces and I really like what you've done with the female figure and also the sheet/bed. The wrinkles are very nicely done and add a lot great detail.

:-) Cristina Marsi replies: "Thank you 2 Im pretty happy of the result considered it is not my usual tecnique 2"

Ah yes the leg... Hadn't noticed that. I was too busy looking at the top figure and the amount of lines. I like it a lot, i'm a big fan of bw drawings and u have a nice style in bw! Thick bold lines, combined with the thin ones of the dreamlike figure. Very nice.

:-) Cristina Marsi replies: "Thank you 2 It was actually an experiment. Wanted to see if I can manage a clean comic style b/w picture instead of the usual hatching I do when using black ink (and which you can still see in luceafarul's part) it took a lot of thinking and planning before the actual inking, but I must say I'm not unsatisfied. Thanks again for stopping by and commenting."
