Dagoth is an Ancient Wizard in Nannymud. Here he is in his study, learning new spells he will probably test on poor mortals.

So he described his study to me:
'You are in a rather small study filled with tomes containing very large volumes. Almost all of the volumes are laid flat on small reading stands so that it's easy to read. In the middle of the room sits a large table surrounded by four reading stands, holding four exclusive books. There is a small scroll lying on the large table.'

Cristina, I love the atmosphere in this picture. It makes you feel at ease, it's so nice and quiet. The colouring is really wonderful.

:-) Cristina Marsi replies: "Thank you, Anneke 2 Your appreciation makes me very happy 2 Yup, i must admit that a room full of books has always been my favourite hiding place, so it has been easy to imagine this one."

:-) Cristina Marsi replies: "Awww, at last! Poor Dagoth was feeling so neglected in his lonely workroom with no one visiting him 12 Thanks on his behalf too 2"

The background and foreground in this pictuer are perfect. I especially like the book behind his left shoulder, the coloring is perfect. the backgrounds are definatly my weakest area, and I envy this picture very much.

:-) Cristina Marsi replies: "Hehe, it took me forever to colour all those details, but I'm pleased with it too. As usual it is just the wizard figure that didnt come out that well... Hehe, will something write a fantasy book with just inhanimated objects? I'll gladly illustrate it for him/her 12"
