| 26 Sep 2005 | Antony M. B. Sadler (Drig) | Loading...I am intrigued by the castle it seems to have four different styles of architecture - is it to signify that it has partially survived several wars? Is it a major city on Antaris? (sp?) I like it - you capture the bird in flight with plumage well - I don't recall the serpentine dragon when I read the story but I read it nearly a year ago so that might be why. Hope to se you again in nanny - I am there though too infrequently these days - but Dragon's Seventh is developing nicely for me so I can't complain Cristina Marsi replies: "Hi, Antony, nice to see you again Hehe, I guess you should visit Nanny a bit more, especially the southern continent. The town (not a castle) is the nannywide known Basalt Keep. Being at the feet of a very active vulcano its poor citizens have to struggle to protect it from its countless eruptions which are not always of natural origing, since evil Servants try to turn them to their advantage with the aim to desecrate the very centre of the town, the Temple of Lars. -if you look carefully you will be able to descern it- In this Basalt Keep citizens are helped by the good guys, the Deputies, but alas they sometimes have to succumb to evil armies. This explains the very eclettic style of the town buildings, they have been rebuild so many times The serpentine dragon is actually not in the original story, I just felt it would make a nice addition to landscape, and being the artist, I claim the liberty to add it " | |
